There was an unusual aspect to our yard requiring ARC approval. Wendy ensured that we had copies of the approval to present to other realtors and prospective buyers. They developed a plan for selling our house and prepared a perfect description of the property. She helped stage the property for showing and scheduled as many as we were comfortable with.
